Homer's immortal epic poem is the subject of my new graphic novel. This is my most ambitious project ever, comprising almost 250 pages of fully-painted art. The Odyssey has received FOUR starred reviews, from Kirkus, Booklist, The Horn Book, and Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books. It is available in book stores everywhere, and if they don't have it they should be able to order it from their usual distributors. Where to buy online

Candlewick has released a short preview, using some new "widget" technology which enables it to be easily embedded in any blog or webpage. There are still a few rough spots in the implementation, but it's pretty handy. See below -- and feel free to repost it elsewhere!

Note that the first few pages are just front matter. The story starts on page 7. Amazon also has extensive samples.
